• Business information: Company name, branding, service categories, and pricing settings you configure in the app.

• Payment information: Processed through Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data: Browser type, device information, and interaction logs to improve the service.

• To provide and maintain the GrowClean service.
• To process subscription payments and manage your account.
• To send service-related communications, such as password resets and account updates.
• To improve our features and user experience.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure provided by Supabase (PostgreSQL) and Stripe (payment processing). We use row-level security policies to ensure each user can only access their own data. We employ encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Despite these measures, no method of transmission or storage is 100 percent secure.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with our service providers (Supabase, Stripe, and email delivery services) as necessary to operate the platform, and when required by law. Our providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and process data only on our behalf.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your account data at any time from within the app or by contacting us. You may export your quote and client data. Deleting your account removes your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party services like Stripe may use their own cookies on their respective pages.
