1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using GrowClean at getgrowclean.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and GrowClean.

2. Description of Service

GrowClean provides web-based software for commercial cleaning and janitorial companies, including tools for bidding, quoting, e-signature collection, quality inspections, key tracking, employee management, and business analytics. The service is offered in subscription tiers with a 14-day free trial.

3. Subscription and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe until cancelled.
  • The 14-day free trial requires no credit card. After the trial, you must provide payment to continue.
  • You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are issued at our discretion for unused billing periods in cases of service disruption.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers keep their current rate for the current billing cycle.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
  • Attempt to access another user's data without authorization.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
  • Use the service to store malicious code or infringe on intellectual property rights.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into GrowClean, including client information, quotes, and inspection records. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you store. We process your data solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.5 percent uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, third-party failures, or events beyond our control. We will provide notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

GrowClean is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowClean shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
